  I have installed jetpack but the comments box does not come out as it should … mantendiendo follows the original … I have installed jetpack anywhere else and it works, what can occur? thanks

  Just to be sure, did you activate the Comments module in the Jetpack settings?

  Also, what is the URL of the blog you’re referring to?

  Do you see any improvement if you temporarily switch to the Twenty Eleven theme?

  Ok, it’s definitely a problem with the theme then. Our code works with any theme that’s calling the comment form correctly, it basically just replaces the comment form.

  Are you able to contact the theme’s developer about this?
