Jetpack Connection Error

  I cannot log into my site as I get the ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ error and I am unable to access my dashboard or my site at all.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hey there, can you share a link to the affected site? I see one on this account, but it seems to be closed with a cpanel link.

  Hello @supernovia,

  Thank you for responding to my query.

  I did go to the FAQ section but the advice involved coding that I am not conversant with at all. The other suggestions involved logging into my dashboard but I am not even able to see my dashboard.

  Hi Yvonne, your service provider seems to be GoDaddy, but I’m not sure. It’s whoever you typically pay for services. Can you reach out to them for help with this?
