Jetpack connection preventing me from accessing admin controls.

To my understanding, when there is an issue with the Primary Site’s jetpack connection, it can be ressolved by disconnecting and reconnecting the jetpack. However, to do so I need to access my admin controls for my website. WordPress will not give me admin privileges while the jetpack connection is faulty. Is there another way to ressolve this issue?
