Jetpack Contact Form Problems

  Hi there –

  I’m having an issue with the Contact Form add-on of the Jetpack plugin. I’ve created a few contact forms on my website, and on one of the contact forms the responses to certain questions are not included in the email I receive, or in the summary in the “Feedbacks” portion of my admin page. The question fields that do not come through are consistent from submission to submission. Do you have any ideas what the problem with this could be?
