JetPack continues to annoy despite reinstall.

    I keep getting emails from Jetpack about a site that no longer exists; I suspect it is also attempting to monitor another site even though I deleted WordPress and then re-installed it without JetPack plugin! (I assume JetPack is running on some other server and pinging my sites.)

    The credentials I used to login and get to this page are my jetpack admin ones. But it seems that if I close the ‘account’ I am closing a wordpress account. Does that disable wordpress on my hosted site, or just close the JetPack portion of that account?

    If the latter, will that stop JetPack from doing anything with my site?
