-
Dear sir,
Let me introduce my self, my name is Aga. I’ve installed Jetpack wp plugin. But when I activated it, I got error message:
“Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: token_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host.name lookup timed out”
I’ve tried again and again, but the Jetpack plugin still not authorize at all. Please help me to authorize the Jetpack plugin. For information about my site, http://www.agacry.com
Thank you,

What two URLs do you have set at Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard?
Also, which version of WordPress and Jetpack are you running?
-
The URL of my blog is http://www.agacry.com
I use wordpress ver. 3.3.1 and jetpack version is 1.2.4. -
At Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard, are both Site and WordPress URLs set to http://www.agacry.com/ ?
-
Yes, both Site and WordPress URLs are set to http://www.agacry.com/
Is this wrong configuration? -
No, that appears to be correct. I just wanted to be sure.
I’d like to rule-out a plugin conflict at this point. Would you please try temporarily deactivating all other plugins to see if that makes a difference?
Theme functions can also interfere like plugins, so if that doesn’t help, please try temporarily switching to Twenty Eleven to see if that makes a difference.
