Jetpack deactivated?

  Anytime I try to login to my site, I get a message ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’

  I don’t know where my site admin email inbox is, and when I go to WordPress.com, all it keeps telling me is that my Jetpack has been deactivated.

  I need more info because the Jetpack troubleshooter said that everything was in working operation, but it is not.
