Hi there!
Sorry to hear that! Your Jetpack-connected site runs the WordPress.org software and is hosted by a different hosting service provider. We primarily provide support for WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
If you’re still unable to log in to your site, please try the following:
1. Contact your hosting service provider and see if they’re able to help. They will have more insights into why you might be having trouble with logging in to your site.
2. If you continue seeing an error message/email from Jetpack, please post on the Jetpack support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/Once you’ve posted there, you’ll hear from the Jetpack support team who can share more information with you regarding this.
Thanks!

Hi, I get this email:
WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Jetpack by WordPress.com. Site is hosted by ipage.
I can’t log in to my site, not sure how to proceed. -
Hi there,
We can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed business hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (iPage) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. We offer a custom login system for enhanced security on WordPress.com sites, and do not have a login page like the one you have at https://www.frykasmarineservicesltd.com/wp-login.php which is my other clue that your site is not hosted with us.
The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through iPage, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org support article will walk you through it: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
You can ask iPage support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
