Jetpack error/site removed

We recently went live with a new version of our site. We then received an error message in WordPress that our site cannot be accessed. It loaded properly in some browsers, but not in others. In WordPress there were 3 options: Confirm that your site loads, Troubleshoot Jetpack, or Disconnect Jetpack. Our developer said that he did not use Jetpack so I opted to Disconnect it. I then received a message that our site had been successfully removed and the site is no longer accessible in WordPress. How do I recover the site for starters and then resolve any lingering Jet pack issues?

Jetpack is what connected your site to your WordPress.com account. You can re-connect it as explained here:
First, you’ll probably need to resolve any underlying issues on your site, though. I’d suggest posting more details to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, or reaching out to your developer to get help with that.
