Jetpack has locked me

I am getting the message ‘Jetpack has locked your site’s login page.’
The email address for the site was wrongly set up as ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’, so I cannot recover it. The correct email is ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’.
I posted a support message about this before, and was told the email address was updated. I cannot; however, unlock it.
Please advise.
