Jetpack issue

    I keep trying to access My Site but get this notification:
    “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”

    When trying to visit my admin page I get a 403 Forbidden error

    Any help with solving? I tried resetting the Jetpack plugin through our host and it still hasn’t worked.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted by Bluehost. You can log in to this site directly at sheiletilden.com/wp-admin.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

    You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.
