Jetpack Migration Issue

We recently updated our website. Basically, the staging site was swapped with the live site. Once this happened our Jetpack subscribers no longer appeared in the ‘new’ instance of Jetpack. After trying to ‘migrate’ subscribers multiple times it still doesn’t work correctly. Any new signups are fine but not any of the preexisting ones… I’m referring to the simple ‘sign up for updates’ via your email address field which gets someone to receive emails via RSS feed from the blog. I am fine with having to sign up all of the people that had subscribed again but every time I try it says the email address is already subscribed. However, if I got to the email followers they aren’t there. Someone PLEASE help.

@compunetix, if you still need help, please log in as the site connection owner (the one you used to connect Jetpack) and confirm which site you’re having trouble with. We’ll go from there.
