jetpack mobile theme showing on desktop

  I have found after almost every update the jetpack theme, and sometimes out of nowhere is displaying the mobile theme by default on desktops to me and my visitors. I had to disable the theme to make it stop doing that.

  Is this an inherit problem or any bypass to this, seems to fix itself (jetpack updates usually, what causes the false detection? )
