jetpack not posting to instagram

  I’ve followed the troubleshooting guides, still no luck.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can only post to an Instagram Business account, https://wordpress.com/support/post-automatically-to-social-media/#instagram-business

  It is a business account. I’ve switched to personal and back to make sure. Still not working. I’ve ensured it’s connected to FB page as well. When I post from WordPress it shows the Instagram account icon as if it’s able to post. It never shows up though.

  I ended up upgrading my subscription after 8 hours of trying so I could chat with customer support. I had my site set to private. That’s why it wasn’t posting. Money well spent, they helped with some other things also.
