Hello. I have been charged by mistake (by my mistake) by jetpack security plugin about 4$ and I cancelled it right away but how do I know if I will get the refund or not? I’ve got the cancellation email but it says nothing about the refund at all.
And also I can’t contact the jetpack unless I am a member. . I don’t know what to do.

Hi there,
From what I see on this end you signed up for the Jetpack personal plan on Bluehost on 4/4 (today) and cancelled on the same day. Because of this we have not actually taken any payment on this end, and therefore there is no renewal that I can see.
You can confirm the only billing activity we see on this end is a single purchase in the amount of $0.00 (which was later cancelled) thediaryofsuccess.com
You may wish to check with your host’s support (Bluehost) to confirm they have not taken any charges on their end, thanks!
