Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

Hmm, this looks like a pretty new site.
For what it’s worth, you’re contacting support for the sites hosted here at WordPress.com. This seems to be a copy of WordPress with GoDaddy.
And while Jetpack does have the capability to back up your site for you as a paid upgrade, I don’t see that associated with this site, and it looks like the site is brand new.
If you had a site there previously and it’s gone now, can you contact GoDaddy?
Or, if you’re just getting started and struggling with that, you’d be welcome to host here with us so we can provide more support. We have a few details on the difference here:
https://get.wp.comOur paid plans include support, so let us know if you’d like help going that route.

Hello, I contacted GoDaddy already. I was informed to contact Jetpack as my previous files were deleted trying to install Jetpack. The previous GoDaddy technician saw that the files did not transfer and canceled the transfer and my files never returned. I am trying to retrieve my previous files, which were 15 pages.

Jetpack won’t delete files. If you installed a copy of WordPress, that could change some things, however, it would be up to your hosting company to help you restore a backup. Please contact them directly for further assistance. Good luck!
