jetpack plugin doesn't work

  Hi WP

  I have a broken plugin and cannot access my site, nothing but white page comes up when I try log in or even just view my web page.

  I managed to log into wordpress.org and it tells me that a Jetpack plugin needs to be updated but I cannot access anything to try and do this.

  We are a small not for profit organization and this website is very important to us, please help.
