JetPack Premium – unlimited video hosting or 13Gb?

  Hi,

  I notice there are two pricing pages:
  a.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/jetpack-add-ons/
  saying:
  “13Gb of high-speed, HD, and ad-free video hosting.”
  AND
  b.
  https://jetpack.com/pricing/
  saying:
  “Unlimited video hosting”
  (the same with “Professional” plan.

  I assume the 13Gb limitation is from the wordpress.com hosting (?).
  If so, it implies that a wordpress website hosted by a different hosting provider can get unlimited video hosting via jetpack.

  So, questions:
  1. Does jetpack offer “unlimited video hosting” for £8/month?
  2. What are the real limitations of the unlimited plans?
  [max file size, max number of files, bandwidth/file/day etc]
  3. (indirectly related) is there any proper contact form/email to ask pre-sale questions regarding jetpack services?

  Hi there,

  The Jetpack plans were updated recently and the Jetpack add on page is outdated. I would follow any information from https://jetpack.com/pricing/
  as official and updated. Therefore, the Premium Plan does offer unlimited video hosting.

  2. What are the real limitations of the unlimited plans?

  Very few. There are some regarding the site accelerator you can read about here:

  Jetpack

  But as far as bandwidth, you have unlimited space for your videos and you do not have to worry about bandwidth, we take care of it.
