Jetpack stats ‘lost’
-
I made a copy of an existing website on another server. All the Jetpack stats have moved to the copy and are not coming back on the original site. I need all the stats transferred back from the copy site to the original one. I do not see any contact details for Jetpack or any form where I can submit this question.
This page below claims to have a form for submitting questions but there is no form on it even when I am logged into WordPress.com.

Hello there,
Happy to help you with this.
Can you tell me the URL of the copy and the live site please?
This will help to determine next steps.
Thank you.

Wow! Thanks for the speedy response. Much appreciated.
P/S – Is there any chance in future we shall be able to transfer the stats ourselves without bothering you with such requests.

Hi @diggersadmin, good question — if I had to guess though, probably not. It’s a bit tricky. It doesn’t take us a long time to take care of it, though, and we don’t get too many requests.
Just let us know if you need help :)
Cheers!

OMG I have messed up again! I am so terribly sorry but I was doing a site migration and the same problem has occurred. Kindly assist me by moving the stats from
Copy site: https://diggers.jcloud.ik-server.com/
to
Original site: https://diggers.news/
I promise not to make this mistake again.

Hi there,
No worries, it’s pretty easy for us to sort out on our end as long as you tell us the address of the two sites. You should be all set and see historical stats listed under diggers.news now when you check here: https://wordpress.com/stats/day/diggers.news
Hope this helps!
