Jetpack update on a self-hosted multi-site instance… stats now gone

  I updated jetpack earlier today and now the stats are unavailable for the #1 blog in a multisite instance. I read about ID’s getting changed, but I can’t seem to figure out how to check this in a multisite set-up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
