Jetpack won’t connect

    I’m trying to connect Jetpack to activate wooCommerce Shipping & Tax but every time that I try to connect it gives me the following message.

    This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete the connection.

    and then it boots me back to my site but Jetpack doesn’t connect. Can someone help?

    Have you tried to log in to the other WordPress.com account, as stated in the message?
    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to connect?
