  When I try to view my site, I get the message: “juneanderson.wordpress.com doesn’t exist.” but it does.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, it doesn’t exist yet. If YOU are the person who registered the username juneanderson then Staff can help you with that. If you are not, there’s nothing you can do.

  Thank you for your reply. Yes, I registered the username. I thought it existed because I uploaded photos. However, I haven’t been able to do much else. Your help is much appreciated

  It looks to me like you’re uploading them to http://andersonjunec.wordpress.com/

  When you go to the grey admin bar and hover over your name, what blogs pop up in the drop down menu?

  I’m using my iPad, so I can’t hover. But, “my blogs” list andersonjunec.

  You need to sign in out and sign in via the juneanderson username.

  This worked for my iPhone, but not for my ipad (It’s the first generation). I really appreciate you troubleshooting this problem with me. I work a lot from my iPad because the iPhone is so small.

  While the username juneanderson is registered, it looks like you haven’t yet set up a site at http://juneanderson.wordpress.com.

  Instead, your site is at http://andersonjunec.wordpress.com, as raincoaster noted.

  If you still want to create a site at the other address, please follow these steps:

  – Log out
  – Go to the WordPress.com homepage – http://wordpress.com/
  – Log in with the username juneanderson and the password associated with that account (and not the andersonjunec account)
  – Go to this address: https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/
  – Enter juneanderson in the “Blog address” field
  – Click the orange “Create Blog” button
