Just so I understand

    Hello –

Just so I understand correctly: I was immobilized in car accident, recovering, and not able to work (or get paid), and am just now getting back to my consulting business and teaching….and you gave away my domain name? Is that correct?

In the space of – not even two months – when I was unable to respond, you took a the one that I could rely on to get back on my feet. Is that correct?

Now I have to start my business completely from scratch because YOU people don’t understand that sometimes people are unable to even respond to their email.

When I tried to renew – my domain name was gone and now my ability to do business and pay for the enormous medical bills, I have is gone.

    Thanks for nothing.

Just to be clear. My domain connectcollaboratecreate.com expired on Aug. 30. I’ve been trying for over five days now to contact wordpress via email and no response. I paid the renewal for premium which is what i’ve always had for that domain name and I still can ‘t email directly to wordpress.

This feels like a deliberate attempt to disenfranchise me. I need my domain back, my website up, and my email that’s linked to it working again. You, however, won’t respond.

When you let a domain expire, you are literally saying you don’t need it anymore. You have to wait untill a Staff member is available, to see what’s possible to solve this problem

I’m sorry that I was in car accident and unable to renew my domain by the expiration date. No – when you don’t renew your domain – it does NOT immediately mean you don’t need it anymore. It could mean a variety of things. They have grace period but yet during that time I’ve not been able to get a single response from anyone at wordpress. It also says that the premium plan gets email support which I’m not getting.
