  Hello. I having some trouble. I chose a new page theme and then changed it to Afterlight which is the theme I wanted, but I can not get the old theme off of my present page.

  Hi there!

  The previous theme is not active on your site anymore, you’re just seeing the demo content on your homepage.
  The demo of Afterlight is displaying recent posts on the homepage so you’ll want to change that on your site as well. You will do that from My Site>Design>Customize>Homepage Settings.
