Just starting out. Need assistance with formatting blog

My blog is http://onedayalafois.wordpress.com/. So a couple of things. I am all new to this so any assistance would be great. I would like to know how my first post “Un changement de paradigme” can be linked to Experience Life and also that it doesn’t show the Continued Reading button when it populates. I would like my Experience Life page to be the lead page on my blog. How can I do this? I am just very confused and I know it will take some time so any help would be great.
