Keep getting charged for annual renewal of a site I cancelled.

    Get a refund of the 18.00 Paypal took for a renewal of a WordPress site I tried to cancel last year. Can’t find the site or the charge in my WordPress account, but see the money was taken by WordPress when I look at my paypal. Can you help?
