Keep getting message that email not valid, but I get 5 blogs I follow!

  How do I get my email confirmed? I’m trying to follow’we bought the farm’. Tried to confirm email, and keep getting an error message. I am currently logged in, which shows the email I supposedly don’t have!
  Please advise.
