Keeping forms private on WordPress

  I have forms that I would like to be able to access on my WordPress site (check list and things like that). Is there a way I can create a directory for these forms and keep everything private and password protected?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just publish the page as Private and then only you will be able to see it. Set that on the Write Post page on the right-hand side under Privacy.
