Help!! We had to let someone go from my company, and before we could remove them from having Admin access they had removed everyone else. I need help to get back into our account and do not know how to get support from anywhere!

Ok can ypu explain it all to me? The password sheet I recovered says WordPress and Godaddy for the website. I am 100% not sure what to do or how it works…. if you could guide me on what I need to do that would be great I know I did have a log in because I got the email saying it was active but have no idea on what to do.

GoDaddy is one of many hosts that will allow you to run the code there.
WordPress.com is a host that runs the free code for you, on our hosting. We can help with sites hosted here on our services.

I spoke with GoDaddy and we just purchased the domain from them, they stated that we are hosted on WordPress. Is there anyone who can look at the account and the site? I have logged in before and I know my user name its just the password isnt working and the reset email is not coming to me.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
