    Hey there,

    Kindly note that after cancel I was requested to WordPress that my old account already close, refund in PayPal.

    kindly note I visited the bank and confirm from the banker that my old account already closed that’s why no refund and transaction are received for my name or old closed account.

    Banker told me if the bank has received refund bank reject the refund because my account already closed.

    kindly check from wordpress refund department or accounts department and solve the problem.

    I can see we issued the refund yesterday (September 17th). You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
