    today, when I tried to open this site, , I got a notice saying it was private and the owner has requested people to register. I did, asked for an invite as I was prompted to do..and I scan’t figure out how to get to the site??

    Hi there,

    Did you actually receive an invitation for that site?

    Asking for an invite only notifies the site owner that you’ve requested it, but until the site owner invites you and you accept that invitation you won’t be able to access it.

    We cannot give you access to the site unless the site owner themselves request it.

    I sent a response to you when I got this but it bounced back after the mail deliverer tried 3 times over the 2-3 days.

    basically what I wrote was that I thought that I got an invitation and clicked on confirm as was asked but maybe that was confirming something else.

    since I responded to your above message, I have been receiving messages from world press saying I am almost there in creating a blog. I do not want to create a blog, I just want to be able to access the kitchenfoyle blog I subscribed to years ago and have been using very easily ever since. are you familiar with kitchenfoyle blog?

    also, how long does it usually take to get an invitation? and finally, do you think I have some how messed up the process and need to start over again? if so…how do I do that?

    I appreciate your patience and help. I hope you get this.

    Whether or not your user invitation request is accepted is up to the owner of https://kitchenfoyle.wordpress.com/ and we do not have any control over what they decide.

    maybe I wasn’t very clear. I was not asking whether my request had been accepted by the site owner.

    I was asking if you can you help me with:

    1. I asked why I was receiving multiple emails from your site saying I was almost through the process to set up MY blog. I do not want to create a blog form myself..I want access to the kitchenfoyle blog.

    2. how long does it usually take to get a response to a request for an invitation.

    3. do you think I messed my original request for an invitation and if so, how do I go about requesting it again.

    1. That’s because you did start to create a site, but abandoned it. Those emails will stop soon.

    2. That is entirely up to the site’s owner, we have no control over whether or not an invitation is accepted. The last post on that site was in February 2019, and the next to last was all the way back in July 2016, so I’d say the chances of getting a reply are rather slim.

    3. No, I don’t think so.
