  I can’t integrate my klaviyo due to an error that says ‘unable to access API with credentials specified’.

  We can’t help with third party systems and plugins. Best is to contact klaviyo support. Also note the code you can use on the wordpress.com platform is very limited, https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/custom-html-block/#supported-html-tags
