l lost admin login

  Hello,

  I have the blog ‘CPAntiguidade’ since 2009, this time I lost the email and the password of the admin user (called CPARJ) and since then I can no longer make any changes to the blog. I have only the user login ”author”.

  How can I recover the password of the admin user (cparj) without access to email registration has been lost????

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
