Lack of access to administration

    Hi there, I received a email from the wordpress team telling me that my webpage had been successfully set up. To my surprise, instructions they gave me to log back in is not functioning because the password in which I had set up is now incorrect. My email seems to also be not applicable. I’ve already sent out a few reset password requests and received none of those in my inboxes. Please help ASAP.

    Hey there, this site is with Bluehost. If thelucyyang.com/wp-admin isn’t working, can you get in touch with their support? They should be able to help you sort out why the server isn’t sending emails.

    They could also help you make a backup, if necessary, and help with one of the more advanced recovery options:
