lack of support

    Hi,

    I wrote last week and got no response to my question. I mentioned that we were looking to create a newsletter. I recommended your site to a doctor’s business manager as she wanted to do a newsletter for their business. She was also interested in starting up an online magazine per my suggestion. I worked on your program before when I wrote for an online magazine and I was impressed. However, now I can get nothing to work or save. I suppose yiou only do that for paying customers which we would be if I could get a sample made for her. Frankly, how difficult the program is working and how no one responded to me, I am having second thoughts on paying for any service provided by this program.

  • I see a request from you four days ago. That’s about where we are at responding to support tickets right now. It’s not ideal, but sometimes we do fall behind when providing free support for over 30 million users.
