Language icons not showing in mobile and tablet

Hi. My language icons do not show in mobile or tablet, just desktop…I have shaka theme on http://www.adventuredivers-spain.com..can anyone help me get them visible?thanks!

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
