last credit card debits rejected

    Hello,
    the last credit card debits were rejected because the amount did’nt match to the amount of invoices received, + 0.72 cts on one side and 2.72 cts on the other and our bank suspected a piracy and advised a rejection and credit card cancelation.
    It was a mistake.
    How can we regularize the situation without having to pay the 40 € penalty that you claim?
