late fee refund please!

    I have been trying for 2 Months to get help with my renewel. I finally had a someone fine the information I needed. I sent multiple messages to wordpress requesting help and recieved no respone. An $80 late fee for my renewel feels excessive under the circumstanses. i was trying and trying to resolove this problem.I even contacted the Wild wess that hold the domain. They gave me a phone number that was full and not taking messages. I was very frustrated that no support was available from WordPress for the non computer person that now needs to function in this electronic world.
