Latest post disappeared randomly

Hi! I have just published a blog post titled ‘Âm (Score)’ but a friend pointed out that the post seems to have been deleted randomly. I have even shared a link of the post on social media. The post used to be here : https://johnlevimasuli.wordpress.com/2019/10/03/am-sound-score/
I checked my blog admin and I can’t see any trace of the post, even in my post history. There are no drafts, nothing in the trash, or anywhere else. Any idea what happened to this post? I would be very grateful if you can help me recover this post in any shape or form. Thank you!

Hi there,
Your site’s logs show your account deleted that post, and removed it from Trash, on 4 October.

Once a post is removed from Trash there is no way to recover it.
It doesn’t look like that post is cached with Google or the Internet Archive either, so there’s nothing we can do here.
