Latest posts not appearing as the first item???

  My latest posts don’t appear as the main headline on my posts page. I’ve made 2 posts but the one I posted 3 days ago is still the main headline? How do I reset it so that my latest posts are always the first post people see?

  Go to Appearance > Theme Options and make sure “None: use the most recent post” is selected in the Featured Category pulldown.
