launch issues

  hi! i am having issues because i am clicking the option to launch my site and it will not lanch. it opens up to a new tab and the crashes by having nothing load and be on an empty screen. i am able to edit my site and whatnot but i am unable to make it public and launch the site itself

  Can you clear your browser cache and see if that works? Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  If it doesn’t work, can you log in from a different browser to see if it works there? We’re trying to determine if the issue is browser-specific. Please try the above and let us know if they help.
