  Hey, I got a problem to solve. I would like to launch my first website however the domain includes wordpress. I’ve already purchased a domain on a different site and I already attached it to wordpress but it seems I can’t use it and I don’t understand why.

  What is the domain that you purchased? Is it connected to a site under a different WordPress.com account or is the domain hosted elsewhere? Either way, if you want the domain under this account, you’ll need to transfer (or map) it over. Let me know the domain and its current location and I’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps.
