launch site and email change

    Hi, I have clicked ‘launch site’ several times but it just goes to a blank page and nothing happens. What do I need to do please? Also, I thought I had changed my email address but it is still pending – but when I go into my email and click on the link to confirm, it won’t allow me to ‘save account settings’.

    This might be a browser issue. Could you try to clear your cache and cookies? You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

    Let me just make sure I understand. You’re receiving the email to confirm the change on the new address, you click on the link, and again nothing happens?
