Launched page but not working

    I’ve build a simple website. Domain renewal was included in the WordPress subscription. Previously it was with Shopify.
    However my hosting provider is Hostinger.

    Now, as instructed from Hostinger, I changed my name servers, waited 24h but still my page is not launched. Tried as well keeping the WordPress nameservers and adding A records (again, as instructed by Hostinger) but with no success.

    Any solution?

    WordPress.com has nothing to do with a wordpress subscription at another hosting provider. Your site is up and running but it has no SSL installed. You must contact your hosting support.

    Hello there,

    I can see that docalb.com is a domain that is registered at WordPress.com, so you can certainly control your domain settings here.

    In this particular case, it would be through the domain management page – https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/

    Looking at the domain, it doesn’t look like it’s pointing to Hostinger with nameservers. I do see an A-Record, which may be doing so, but we don’t have a way of testing third-party details to see if they’ll work.

    It may be worth checking the public settings with your website host to ensure they are correct and, if not, to adjust them.

    Also, it can take up to 72 hours after a setting has been changed to be reflected across the internet. This is due to the way that the public internet works.
