Launched site, changed URL address, site unresponsive and now logged out

  HELP!!!! I finally launched my site, and changed the website adress (url) to match the website, as well as my wordpress address to the same url. Now the whole site in unresponsive, I can’t login as admin to change back, as it tries to access the site via the newly changed url, which is the unresponsive, and now I have no way of accessing my site!! I’m completely logged out, my wordpess account doesnt even acknowledge my site’s existence!! I’m panicking now that I’m going to have to build a completely new site! Help me PLEASE!!!!
