  I have created a web-site. What do I need to do for it now be viewed on the internet?

  It depends what your plans are. Your site is currently private. You can keep it like that and just allow selected people to see it. Or you can change the settings to “Public” and then anyone typing the full address https://salisburyxantentwinningassociation.wordpress.com will be able to see it. If your new site is visible and has enough interesting unique content then in a month or two it should appear on the search engines databases.
