  Hello! My card is not accepted for payment, even though it is valid credit visa card, that i use all the time. Any solution?

  Hi there,

  I see all of your purchase attempts, but our system keeps saying that your card is being declined. Do you happen to have a different form of payment you can try and use?

  Is paypal an option? That’s the only one i have. I do not know if it is working internationally or just in Germany.

  To clarify, the payments are being declined by your credit card company – they’re not allowing us to charge the card. This is not a problem on our end. Please contact your bank/credit card company directly to find out why they aren’t allowing these payments to proceed.

  We do accept PayPal payments as well. You should see that option on the checkout page.
