  The example you linked to as a model appears to be a screen shot of the site http://5wf.co.uk/. It’s a WordPress.org website. The theme is either a different version of the Twenty Fourteen theme available self-hosted WordPress.org members (but not to WordPress.com members), or it has been customized.
