layout changes after update

Hi. I have updated WordPress and my theme layout has been affected. 4 Service boxes on the homepage were set at 25% and centralised, and now the 4th box is pushed down the page. I’ve set the width to 21% to get them on one line, but they’re not central. At 25% they are displaying over large also. The content area has also been altered. I’ve resized the main area and sidebar so they sit side by side, but can’t alter page/post content width, and margins and spaces are all wrong.

I got the page and sidebar layout correct by pasting the sections into custom css and editing there. (Didn’t work when I edited the stylesheet). I tried editing the service box width back to 25% in custom css but not only did it overflow again, it caused the whole page including the editing area to zoom.

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
