Layout of blog landing page help

  I am using the build your own site (block editor). For my blog landing page (https://bethsmith.blog/blog/), I am trying to add the latest blog post automated to the top of the page and then below it, to include a row of three blog posts with infinity scrolling. So, whatever if my latest post, I want that to automatically go to the top of the screen on it’s own block and to be larger (like a featured article). When I post a newer post, I want that to be moved to the first item in the row below with all the rest of the posts and to replace the first row with the new post. (I also want to keep my narrower column to the right for search/categories, etc.) Can I do this?
